Frequently asked questions
We have differing needs for half and full marathons. If you’re able to commit 3-5 hours weekly for 12 weeks, you’ll get to that half-marathon start line healthy and confident.
For marathons, we suggest at least 4-6+ hours/week training to ensure you're able to get to your start line feeling confident and ready for a PR!
We customize your plan based on your prior running experience, availability (we know you have other commitments), your other favorite fitness activities, and more.
